Fourth generation family production project, located in the Province of Mendoza, in the town of General San Martin, currently cultivated with old vineyards, fruit and olive trees, for primary production and elaboration of processed products (wines and olive oil) in which the challenge was taken to apply high-end technology to traditional and criollo grapes from historic vineyards. The result is wines that are memorable for their subtlety, freshness, roundness in the mouth and balanced acidity.
Few activities allow for certain luxuries, luxuries that translate into shared moments, talks and wines that surprise. Innovation, research, passion and homage to an ancestral history that today is rewritten by the hand of new generations of winemakers.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained entirely in the Province of Mendoza, thus achieving an exceptional and unmistakable character, made with a careful selection of the raw material. The olives are processed within hours of harvesting, thus achieving control and optimization of the organoleptic qualities, while preserving their nutritional properties. The handling of the harvest as well as its subsequent processing method, allow us to obtain varietals with unique and authentic characteristics, highlighting their particular qualities.
