This oil is yellow in color with green glints. Nose: reminiscent of tomato leaves, freshly cut grass and fresh olives. Taste: Intense bitterness and spiciness, reminiscent of fresh herbs. Sugestions: Ideal with green salads, cheese and pasta. Keep in a cool, dark place. We use dark glass containers to protect it from oxidation.
